BERLIN PATTEN LIVE: NEW ONLINE COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM
After more than a year of planning, development, and implementation, Berlin Patten is proud to announce the launch of our new electronic communications system, Berlin Patten Live. Berlin Patten Live is intended to virtually eliminate any communication barriers and ensure that parties to transactions handled by Berlin Patten remain completely informed with real time updates. Berlin Patten Live will allow all parties to a transaction to track their file’s progress at any time by simply logging in through our website on your computer or on your mobile device at www.berlinpatten.com.
Upon opening a new file, all parties to the transaction will receive an email notification allowing them to create a unique username and password. Once logged into the secure Berlin Patten Live network, parties will be able to view documents, monitor timelines, access contact information and property details, download closing documents, view prior files and communicate via customized, file specific notes provided by the closing agent throughout the transaction. These updates will automatically apply to new transactions from this point forward.
